To protect your privacy, IP anonymization is applied. When data is proxied through Cloudflare, Google Analytics automatically shortens your IP address, ensuring that individual users cannot be identified or tracked by their precise location.

This data is processed using a secure Cloudflare Worker and is used solely for the purpose of receiving and responding to your inquiry. 9. BINGO for Learning Application

Account Registration and Email Data

To use BINGO for Learning as a teacher, you must create an account using your email address. Your email is collected solely for the purpose of authentication — to allow you to log in and manage your sessions. It is not used for marketing, newsletters, or any purpose beyond account access. I will never sell or share your email address with third parties.

Students who join a BINGO session do not create accounts and do not provide any personal data. They join using a session code and a self-chosen nickname only.

Data Processor

Account data including your email address is stored and processed by Supabase, an open-source database platform. Supabase acts as a data processor on my behalf and stores data on infrastructure located within the European Union. Data Retention

Your account and associated email address will be retained for as long as your account remains active. If you wish to have your account and personal data deleted, please contact me via the website contact form at https://andrewmjanczak.life/contact and I will action the deletion within 30 days.
